Plots & soils

The vines come from several plots with predominantly clay-limestone soils, contributing to the wine’s structure and finesse.

Viticulture

Vines aged between 60 and 70 years old, trained using the single Guyot method with massal selection. Short pruning to promote berry concentration. Sustainable farming with every other row grassed to stimulate organic life in the soil.

Vinification & aging

Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged in old barrels (topped up), without new wood. Unfiltered wine.
